This hidden gm of a hotel provided truly delightful stay. While the food wasn't exceptional , breakfast was adequate. The location, though secluded, was easily accessible by taxi. However, the unbelievable comfortable bed stole the show - the best sleep my sister and I had in ages! And the friendliest host ( Melissa & Matthew ) made us feel instantly welcome. A truly memorable experience.

The hotel is very modern / boho style everying is white , wood and wicker. The staff are really lovely and very friendly. Capuchin at breakfast was really so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really good, fruits , pastries, homemade cake, bread , croissants, meats and boil your own egg cooker. The pool area was lovely and there were always beds available. The location is great in a quiet area about a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the number 1 bus into town ( the 660) doesn’t stop there!) but does stop at the next stop down the street. All in all an excellent stay and I would definitely stay here again. There is a safe in the room so no issues with security if you use this! We had a two bedroom suite and it had a huge wrap around balcony it was really beautiful! Missing it all already !

Breakfast was perfect, simple and delicious. Location also was perfect for us, as we did have a car and went on business so all locations were easily accessible. It was situated in a nice residential area. It is not far to walk to the Croisette either. We loved the refined design and atmosphere, chic but effortless. Also, loved the little shop!

From the moment I arrived at MOB Hotel Cannes, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, always friendly, attentive, and professional. The design of the hotel is both modern and creative, with stylish touches that give it a unique and vibrant character. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect, close to the heart of Cannes, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The rooftop terrace and common areas were perfect spots to unwind, socialize, or just enjoy the view with a drink in hand. I especially appreciated the hotel’s focus on community and culture. The vibe was relaxed and inspiring, with small details that made a big difference. I highly recommend MOB Hotel Cannes to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality stay. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was renovated recently but there are some things that need to be improved. Like decoration of the rooms. The breakfast was really tasty. We enjoyed the atmosphere.

Everything was amazing. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in paired with the AC and fans - perfection. The location was great and they even have parking. The sun beds are really soft and nice. Overall it felt like everything was super high quality. To top it all off they also allow dogs. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I’ll be back.

Great hotel. Room was clean and a good size,beds comfortable. We had a great view on the 6th floor. It was quiet at night. An easy walk or quick bus ride into the centre of Cannes. Staff were super sweet. Capucine was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at the Mob Hotel again.

The General Manager is hands on. Thank you for helping us from arrival and to our departure. You make surely a difference and we could feel the happiness of your team. The rooms were nice, clean and price value for the location is top!

The room and bathroom were nicely done and clean. The toiletries were really nice - good bathroom. Staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn’t use the pool due to the time of year but the pool Area looked lovely
